Frank Holmes, of Shelby, Pardoned From Prison.

Frank Holmes, of Shelby, was released Thursday from the state prison, at Michigan City, having been pardoned by Governor Marshall. Holmes had served since November 30, 1907, on a two to fourteen year sentence for grand larceny, but of late evidence had been produced to show that he was unjustly convicted. On this information Governor Marshall granted the pardon.
