Notice to All Parties Using Electric Lights. Commencing on July 1, 1509, and continuing each month thereafter, the custom of sending monthly statements to each light consumer will be discontinued and all light rentals will be payable at the City Treasurer’s office between the first and tenth of each month without further notice.
