Notice is therefore hereby given said defendants, that unless they be and appear on the first day of the next term of the Jasper Circuit Court to be holden on the Second Monday of September, A. D. 1909, at the Court House in Rensselaer in said County and State, and answer or demur to said complaint to quiet title against all of said defendants to real estate in Jasper County, Indiana, the same will be heard and determined in their absence.
