Davis, auditor of Delaware county, for alleged malfeasance in public office, Tuesday evening found Davis guilty as charged in the indictment and assessed him the minimum fine, one dollar, and costs of suit. Last week Mr. Horrall broke his arm in brushing away a fly on bis nose by accidentally releasing a lever of a lifting Jack which held up a wagon. Tuesday night Jerauld, a sixteen-year-old .son of Mr. Horrall, suffered a broken leg when the horse he was riding tumbled into a ditch and fell on the rider. The boy was going to a revival meeting. Vlona KUnowitz, aged ten years, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Kllnowitz, of Michigan City, was struck by an automobile and knocked under a wagon and sustained serious bruises. It is not certain whether one of the wheels of the wagon passed over her or her injuries came from the blow of the automobile and the faH.
