It’s An Automobile Factory Proposition This Time.

A letter has been turned over to the Commercial Club from yVm. A. Salter, stepson of J. C. Porter, who was a resident here at one time. Mr. Salter is at the head Of a big automobile manufacturing company in Kansas, and the company is thinking of moving to St. Louis or Kansas City, but will locate here if proper inducements are offered. The Commercial Club has taken up the matter with Mr. Salter and may be able to do business with him after the proposition is investigated.
