Case Against Frank B. Ham Dismissed.

Frank B. Ham and his attorneys, S. C. Irwin and Ray D. Thompson went to Monticello Tuesday, where Mr. Ham was to be given a preliminary hearing for perjury. The justice of the peace bound him over to the circuit court in the sum of SSOO, but the prosecutor promptly dismissed the case when it came before him. The Wolcott party who sold the light plant to Mr. Ham paid the taxes over which the trouble arose and the party who swore out the warrant was anxious to have the case dismissed. A suit for damage will probably result over the filing of this case.
