Miss Virginia Harris Meets Sad Death in California.

R. B. Harris received a letter this Wednesday notifiying him of the sad death of Virginia Harris, daughter of his cousin, Oscar Harris, at their home in Redlands, Cal. The accident occurred last Friday or Saturday. The family washing was being done in the basement and gasoline was being used. Virginia struck a match and the gasoline exploded, killing her instantly and seriously injuring her elder sister, Ruth. Details of the accident were lacking in the letter Deceased was 18 or 19 years of age and was born in Newton county. The elder sister, Ruth, visited here with her brother three years ago.
