Many times the question “What is a fresh egg?” is asked. An exchange gives the following definition: "A fresh egg, to be eggsact, is an egg whose eggsellence is only eggseeded by its eggspressiveness, there being eggstant; ond recently brought into eggistence and not eggshumed from cold storage, one that does not eggsplode and eggshale eggstremely eggscite eggspressive eggsclamation when the interior is eggsposed for eggsamination and eggstraction by any aggscision of the eggsterior. Fresh eggs are eggshibited on eggstraordinary occasions by the eggscluslve and eggstravagant. No egg is as fresh aB the eggsperienced and uneggsemplary retailer who, egged on by the eggsultant producer and commission man, eggsagerates its freshness eggstemporaneously and eggsacts an eggsorbitnat price.”
