To Build Locomotives.

President McCrea of the Pennsylvania railroad has issued orders that the railroad will build its own locomotives for 1909 at the Juniata shops. Forty-four engines are planned for and the cost Is over $1,000,000. The new engines will be equipped with a chime whistle not unlike the steamboat whistle so familiar to people of river and horbor towns.
