Judge Lairy Overruled Motion for a New Trial.

At Kentland Saturday Judge Lairy. of Logansport, the special judge who heard the trial of John F. Judy and W. L. Wood, some time ago, overruled a motion of Judy’s lawyers for a new trial. The case was one wherein Judy sued Wood, and Wood showed that Judy owed him and was given a judgment. Judy must either appeal now or pay up.
