Two Engines Wrecked In Head-on Collision.

Failure of an extra operator at the Monon yards in South Bloomington to deliver a message to the train crew of the Louisville express Friday resulted in the head-on collision of that train with freight train No. 74 while both trains were running at full speed. Fireman Cole of the passenger train received a broken hand, hut all ttie other trainmen escaped injury. Both engines were demolished, but only three of the freight cars were derailed. Although the passengers were badly shaken up and frightened, none were injured.
