A. Gangloff and son are hauling logs to Philip Durant’s saw mill. Alex Hurley planted ten acres of corn last week. Michael Burns was a Rensselaer caller Monday. Wm. Folger was in Rensselaer Saturday on business. v ' Alex Hurley done some tile ditching for Werner Miller last week. Mrs. Samuel Holmes called on Mrs. L. A. Greoulee Friday. Newton Jenkins visited with Vilas Price Sunday. Ed, Harry and Alma Hellengreen called on Elmer, Walter and Stella Brown Sunday afternoon. William Gratner and daughter Ruby And two sons were Rensselaer goers Wednesday. Mrs. Samuel Price and son, Clevland, were Rensselaer goers Saturday. Wonder If Sam has got over his scare which he underwent Saturday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Burns visited with the latter’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. Sam Price, and family Saturday and Sunday. Fred Anderson and wife and baby called on Thos. Brown and family Sunday afternoon. Mrs. Chas. Pullins and Mrs. Add Shook called on Mrs. L. H. Greenlee Sunday. Miss Emma Nelson visited with her sister, Alice, at Mr. and Mrs. Thos. Stephenson’s, near Canada .school house, Sunday. Charles Greenlee and daughter, Maggie, called on Samuel Holmes and family Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Brown and daughter, Lillie, and sons, Grover, Hollis, George and Albert, called on Samuel Holmes and family Sunday. Wonder if the party that came through Burnstown Saturday even : ing with his temperature 105 has got cooled down yet. We hope so, at least, as it was absolutely dangerous for men, women or children to be on the road. . .
