The weather is quite cool now. There also was quite a big rain, which will keep the farmers from work for a few days. Mr. and Mrs. Newberry were Rensselaer goers last Friday and Saturday. Jim Wiseman called on Jos. Tice Sunday. Sax Geesa, Bill Petty, Charley Fish and John Guss were Rensselaer goers Friday. John Reed delivered a message which he received over the telephone Friday to the carpenters at William Newberry’s. Miss Tessie Newberry called at hei home Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Joe Tice were Roselawn goers Wednesday. Mr. Biggs, of Chicago, was out looking over his farm Friday. Peter Tice Is working on the dredge, which Is making good time now. Miss Lillie Newberry is out selling pdstals again. Mr. Newberry was a Rensselaer goer Monday. He is hauling lumber for a new cattle barn.
