Resolutiouns

On the death of Mrs. Sarah E. Barkley, by W. F. M. S., of the M. E church. Whereas; Our Heavenly Father, in his wisdom, has seen fit to take frun our midst our beloved sister, Sarah E. Barkley, Be It Resolved; That the W. F. M. S. has lost a faithful member, the church a true and devoted Christian, and her sons a kind and loving mother. Resolved; That though we s'it.ll miss her, we mourn not as thoso without hope, and our loss is her gain. Resolved, That a copy of these resolutions be spread upon the rec T ords of the Society, a copy furnish *d to the family, and a copy given to each of the city papers for publication.
