Docketing Objection Sustained and Petition Bedocketed.

Judge Wason, of Delphi, occupied the bench here Friday evening when the case filed by S. P. Thompson objecting to the docketing of the Borntrager ditch was called. Judge Wason sustained the objection on the ground that Judge Hanley was disqualified to have admitted it for docketing because he was named in the petition as affected. He also indicated that there was no other reason for objecting to the docketing and sifter canceling the proceeding as made under Judge Hanley he redocketed the petition. The objectors, if they decide to remonstrate, will now be given additional time to remonstrate. Judge Wason said that he will be willing to come over during the court vacation if an adjourned meeting is desirable and hear further evidence in the case.
