Fake Rent Collector.

A fake rent collector has appeared in neighboring cities and he may try his hand here. There are two men in the little game. One calls to see what repairs are needed and says that the agent will be around the next day to collect the rent. The other fellow of course, is a confederate. The fellows know their business and always know the name of the landlord.
