Judge Tarpie’s Will.

The will of the late Judge Turpie was probated Tuesday. It was written by himself in 1906 and gives all of his estate to his daughter, Miss Ella Turpie, who is named as executrix. The will provides that she be not required to give bond, but she qualified with one of 840,000, which is double the amount of property outside of the real estate. This week we are again unloading another car of Aristos Hour, the sixth car since January the first Aristos means the best and we guarantee It to be the best flour made or money refunded.
