Judge Wason to Hear Iroquois Ditch Proceeding,

Judge Wason, of Delphi, has been selected to hear the lower Iroquois ditch proceeding. 8. P. Thompson entered an objection to the docketing of the petition and Judge Hanley wan disqualified for the reason that he was assessed on the ditch. The case is set for trial Monday.
