Here's a Surprise; Delaware Also “Dry."

Delaware county, including the city of Muncie, gave a “dry” majority of 2,934 at the election Tuesday. The city of Muncie itself gave a dry majority of 220, while Center township, In which Muncie is situated, gave a majority of 781. Every township in the eounty gave a majority for the dause of temperance. Muncie is a manufacturing city, and the calculations of the "wets” was greatly upset by the result
