The Little Gem Bakery Changes Hands Again.
Ray Collins, who has owned and conducted the Uttle Gem Bakery for several months and who recently closed it down on account of his inability to secure a competent baker, has sold the business to George Thornton, son of G. L. Thornton, who Will open it up Monday, April 26th, and conduct* it under its old name. George has had quite a little experience in the restaurant and bakery business, having conducted a business of that kind in lowa. He has secured a baker and has started right by placing an advertisement in the Republican.
