A “Dry” Result Will Settle the Question for Years.

A local option election has been ordered and it will be held on May Ist. The expense will be about 1700, or an approximate average of 15 cents for each tax payer. The actual cost to some of the “tax payers" who are spending whole days in bewailing the awful expense will be about equal to the value of a chew of tobacco. In this county the chances are a thousand to one that a “dry" majority will settle the matter for many years but a “wet" victory would undoubtedly mean another election in two years. Better vote YES and stop further expense.
