It Is Not Known How Zoboroski Lost His Life.
Joseph Zoborosld, the Newton county resident who lost his life last Friday night near Morocco, is believed to have been,-under the influence of liquor when the accident that resulted in his death occurred. He had been a thrifty farmer and had been very prosperous but his appetite for strong drink had covered several recent years of his life and he rarely was altogether sober, so say those who seem to have known him best. On Friday he drove to Morocco, and left there some time that night. His dead body was found the next morning, lying on the bank of the little pool. It wos not known whether he had gone asleep and fallen out of the buggy and into the pond and been drowned or if death had taken place while he was in the buggy, resulting from heart failure, and that he had fallen into the water. ยป In one of his pockets was found a bpttle half filled with whiskey and it is said by residents of that county that he was probably under the influence- of liquor and that whiskey was the contributory cause of his death.
