First Opposition to the Lower Iroquois Ditch.

S. P. Thompson this Thursday morning appeared In the Jasper circuit court and filed a motion to set aside the docketing of the lower Iroquois ditch petition. It "was the first step taken In opposition to the petition of Joseph Borntrager et al for the extension of the river dredging. It is not known how much opposition will he put up against the ditch.
