M. M. Lacey Withdraws.

M. M. Lacey, of Fountain City, who has been one of the three candidates for department commander of the Indiana G. A. R., announced Saturday through Adjutant General Oran Perry that he had decided to withdraw from the race. The withdrawal of Mr. Lacey leaves C. G. Thomson, of Lafayette, and O. A. Sommers, of Kokomo, in the race for the place.
