Lawler Et Al. gravel road have filed their report with the Auditor of Jasper County, Indiana, on the 2nd day of April, 1909, and the Board of Commissioners end the Petitioners have fixed and set the said report for hearing on Tuesday, May 4th, 1909. You are further notified that the proposed improvement in said report Is described as tollo'ws: Commencing al: the south east corner of Section Six (6) in Township Thirty, North Range Seven (7) West, In Jasper County, Indiana and from thence west on the south line of said section six to the south west corner of the aforesaid section, township and range a distance of one mile to the Newton County line. That the gravel is to be placed to the width of nine feet and to the depth of ten inches. The estimated cost of this improvement is 32,149.15 and the estimated benefits are 32,639.00. Said bridge to be 40 feet long and 16 foot roadway and to be built on tubes. Said bridge to be built according to plans and specifications now on file in the Auditor’s office.
