Lawler Et Al. gravel road on county line between Jasper and Newton Counties have filed their report with the Auditor of Jasper County, Indiana, on the 2nd day of April, 1909, and the Board of Commissioners and the petitioners have set the same for hearing on Tuesday, May 4th, 1909. You are further notified that the proposed improvement in said report is described as follows: Commencing at the South West corner of Section Eigtheen (18; in Township Thirty (30) North, Range Seven (7) West on County line between Jasper and Newton Counties, thence north on said county line a distance of four miles to the north west corner of Section Thirty One (31) In Township Thirty One (31) North, Range Seven (7) West in Jasper County, That the gravel is to be placed to the width of nine feet and to a depth of ten Inches. The estimated cost of this Improvement is 310,033.62 and estimated benefits are 312,557.88. You are further notified that this report shows your assessments and you 'will be required to place your objections, if any, on file with the Auditor of Jasper County, Indiana, on and before the said 4th day of May, 1909. Said bridge to be 30 feet long and 16 foot roadway and to be built on tubes. Said bridge to be built according to plans and specifications now on file In the Auditor’s office.
