Dr. Loy Appointed Member Of City Board of Health.
At the citl council meeting Monday evening Councilman Spitler acted as mayor in the temporary absence of Mayor Ellis. Councilman Meyers was also absent. Dr. E. N. Loy was appointed a member of the city board of health. The city marshal was instructed to notify the telephone company to remove all down wires and property owners to remove all brush and limbs in front of their property. A petition of Jesse Snyder et al for a sewer on Milton street was granted and the city attorney was instructed to prepare a resolution for same. The following bills were allowed: CORPORATION FUND. W.
