Gary to Have Another Daily.

The new democratic paper which takes the place of the Northern Indianlan, under the direction of Thos. E. Knotts, will be issued at Gary as a daily Just as soon as arrangements can be made. This announcement was made by Mr. Knotts Saturday and will undoubtedly be carried out. The new project will give Gary two dally papers again.
