Friends of Rev. A. G. Work here wore notified yesterday of the death at Gilman, lowa, of his mother, who resided there wth a daughter. During the time that Rev. Work was the pastor of the Presbyterian church in this city, his mother made* her home with him, and she had many friends in this city, all of whom will share with her son the sorrow of her death. Rev. Work has been the pastor for the past two years of the Presbyterian church at Fenton, Mich. ’
