In the Supreme court at Indianapolis Saturday the appellee’s brief in the appeal case of Thos. McCoy vs. Warden Reid was filed. McCoy, who was recently refused his freedom by Judge Tuthill on a writ of habeas corpus, hopes to get a supreme court decision before his maximum sentence expires In next June.
