Man and Wife Counter.

A citizen of Knox planned a stag party, and his wife learning of it determined he should not attend. He failed to appear and his cronies investigated. They found the husband and wife asleep in their chairs at the supper table. The wife had given the husband an opiate so as to keep him at home, and he had adopted the same measure with his wife, in order to get away.
