Noble J. York, whose sickness has been mentioned a time or two in these columns, is considerably worse today and his condition is regarded as very serious, and it is doubtful if he recovers. He was taken sick after returning from Indianapolis where he nas employed the legislature and his case developed into pneumonia. It was thought that he had safely passed thecrisia of this disease, but it is now found that the pleural cavities are filled with fluid and an operation 7 will be performed this, evening to withdraw this. It is doubtful, however, If this will save his life.
