Another Indiana Court Bill.

The eighth bill to reorganize the Federal Court district of Indiana has been introduced in Congress. Representative Crumpacker is the author. The bill can not receive consideration before next December, because there will be no committee to which it ban be referred. The new bill would compel the district judge to hold court regularly at Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, Hammond, Evansville and New Albany. One grand jury for the five subdivisions is provided. ’ ;■
