W. D. Bond was a Rensselaer goer Monday. * Frank Henton wa’s a Rensselaer goer Friday.
Frank Henton was a Rensselaer goer Tuesday.
Mrs. Geo. Wenner was a Rensselaer goer Saturday. Wm. Elkins and family were Rensselaer goers Friday.
A. S. Lowman was a Rensselaer goer Friday evening. Conrad Hildebrand was a Rensselaer goer Wednesday. Lizzie Bond visited her sister, Mrs. Geo. Wenner Friday. Nearly all of the telephone lines are up now and are in use.
Wm. Elkins and W. D. Bond were Rensselaer goers Thursday. Frank and Clarence Bond visited their aunt, Mrs. Geo. Wenner, Sunday. “Fritz” Lowman is working at the meat market which was formerly A. B. Lowman’s.
We may have another shooting match soon. Delos Pass and “Butch” Lowman won the highest prizes. Wm. Elkins had a horse to die a .few days ago. Tuesday he shipped the hide and says that he expects to receive more from the returns than the horse was worth, and there is no doubt about it.
We are going to show 'em horn to raise chickens this year. A. S. Lowman is going to run two. W. D. Bond is going to run two. Jim Moore and Conrad Hildebrand will run one apiece. Probably a few more will get the fever. W. D. Bond has one “setting” now. Tusday night he awoke and thought eh heard the little “chicks” peeping but they didn’t hatch in five days.
