Andrew Gangloff to Build a Fine Residence.
Andrew Gangloff has let the contract to Snyder & Son for the erection of his fine new residence just east of the Granville Mpody property on Grace street. It Is one Of the largest carpenter contracts that will be let In this city this year, and the construction work will be begun as soon ns the weather will permit. The foundation for the house will be of cement with a basement for the hot water furnace. The house will be frame and almost square, being 30x35 feet In dimensions, with a porch extending the entire front. There will be 9 large rooms, 5 smaller rooms, and halls, closets, pantry and bath room. It .will cost more than $3,000, but will be a much more valuable house than that because most of the hauling and considerable ,of the work will be done by Mr. Gangloff and his sons. When completed it will be one of the most convenient residences built In this city in recent years.
