A Sunday Wedding at the Christian Parsonage.
A popular young couple were married Sunday afternoon at 2 o’clock at the residence of Rev. G. H. Clarke, of the Christian church. They were Miss Kittle Pearl Morris, daughter of Mrs. E. J. Morris, and Mr. Glenn Neal Sayler, son of Mr. and Mrs; W. D. Sayler, of Newton township. They were unaccompanied by either relatives or friends and the marriage was witnessed only by members of the minister's family. Mr. and Mrs. Sayler at once went to their home, the former A. K. Sayler farm, which is now the property of the groom’s father and which he had furnished for their occupancy. The bride has an especially wide acquaintance in this county by reason of her employment for several years in the G. E. Murray store, and She is justly popular. The groom is also well known and for several years was a school teacher in this and Newton counties. They will have the best wishes of a large circle of friends.
