REMINGTON TO HAVE ANOTHER BANK.
Chas. G. Beal, Formerly Cashier of the Parker Bank, Preparing to Start. Charles G. Beal, cashier for some years of the Robert Parker bank at Remington, but who has been devoting his energies to fanning for several years, has about decided to engage in the banking business in Remington and has purchased the lot one half a block south of the former Parker bank of Photographer Beasley and will erect a bank building thereon. When Trustee Cheadle of the Parker bank offered the bank building for sale both Mr. Beal and the directors of the new state bank were bidders for the building, which is situated on the most prominent corner in the town. The state bank owners succeeded in buying it and now Mr. Beal is planning to get into business also. He has also purchased the George Cummons residence and will at once move to town. Mr. Beal is regarded as a splendid young business man, having the qualities of conservativeness and good judgment so necessary; in a banker. He will probably run the bank as a private institution although he may decide to incorporate as a state bank.
