INDEPENDENCE.

Mr. Ed Oliver is building some new hog tight fence. George Gorbet worked for Mr. A Elb last week. Miss Leatha Rees spent Friday afternoon with Miss Bertha Cooper. Everett Walker Is working for his Uncle Charley Walker for a few weeks. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Rees called on Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Rees Sunday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Oliver returned Monday from Danville, 111., where they had ben visiting for a few days. r Roland Eib came back on a visit with his parents from Lafayette for a week and is going back to school in a few days.
