Rigdon, of Warsaw, state secretary of the Fraternal Order of Eagles, has called a meeting of the state officers, to be held, at Indianapolis) next Monday, when final arrangements will be made for the annual state meeting which will be held in New Albany May 12 and 13. The Citizens’ Bank of Warsaw was Wednesday organized from toe old Kosciusko County Bank, which was closed by the state auditor. The new officers are J. W. Hover, president; L. F.
