Pleasant Ridge.
, Lizzie Bond was a Rensselaer goer Friday. ; j. Isabel, Eugene and Agnes Martin visited the Hildebrand children Sunday. ' ' We will have two graduates this year. They are Chloe Kenton and Agnes Martin. Tie your hats on. The annual base ball breeze is blowing briskly at Pleasant Ridge. - The P. R’s. were “trying” to play > catch. Most of our inhabitants think that there is not much use for this extra work, because they couldn't play ball is they had to. Our town was visited by seven “hoboes” Sunday. They were in a box car nearly all day. They seemed to be a jolly set As far as can be learned three of them live east of here, three of them live south and one lives out north, near a beautiful river. Four of those “hobos" above mentioned say they were hunting ducks Saturday.
