SPECIAL SESSION OF CONGRESS President Taft Calls It To Convene Next Monday, March 15th, To Take Up Matter of Tariff Revision. President Taft last Saturday Issued his proclamation for an extraordinary session of the national congress, setting next Monday, March 15th, as the date for the convention' of the two houses at Washington. The tariff will be the chief matter of discussion at the special session, but other matters may also be taken up. 'The president will deliver his first message to congress on that occasion and may set forth other matters that are to have the consideration of our law making body. In the new congress members elec-' ted last fall will be seated. This means that Indiana, will be represented by eleven democrats and two republicans in the houfee and by one democrat and one republican in the senate. Hon. E. D. Crumpacker will be the only old member on the republican side to retain his seat.
