Notice to Non-Residents. The State of Indiana, Jasper County, In the Jasper Circuit Court, April Term, 1909. Ora Barce vs. John Barce Complaint Na 7420. Now comes the plaintiff, by Moses Leopold, her attorney, and files her complaint for divorce herein, together with an affidavit that the defendant John Barce is not a resident of the State of Indiana. Notice is therefore hereby given said defendant, that unless he be and appear on the 11th day of the next Term of the Jasper Circuit Court to be holden on the 2d Monday of April A. D. 1909, at the court house in Rensselaer in said county and State, and answer or demur to said complaint, the same will be heard and determined in his absence.
