Grover Smith Ditch Injunction.

Sheriff Shlreif was here Wednesday and served an Injunction on Ribt. A. Mannan, superintendent, and Putnam 4k Flanders, contractors, enjoining them from constructing the Grove Smith ditch across the right-of-way of the Chicago, Indiana & Southern railway, which company had an Injunction Issued on the claim of not being properly notified.
