President-elect Taft has completed his cabinet The members are: Secretary of State —Philander Chase Knox, of Pennsylvania. Secretary of. the Treasury—Franklin McVeigh, of Illinois. Secretary of War—Jacob M. Dickinson, of Tennessee. Attorney General—George W. Wick•rsham, of New York. Postmaster General—Frank H. Bitchcock, of Massachusetts. Secretary of the Navy—George von la. Meyer, of Massachusetts. 4 Secretary of the Interior—Richard A. Ballinger, of Washington. Secretary of Agriculture—James Wilaon, of lowa. Secretary of Commerce and Labor— Charles Nagel, of Missouri. Mr. Taft’s cabinet includes five lawyers who are considered to be among the best in the country. His reason for this is that he-intends to regulate Mgally the great corporations and labor unions and to do this he feels he should have the best Igeal talent at his command.
