BAD WEATHER MARS INAUGURAL
Washington, D. C., 11:25 a. m.— ► Still storming, streets in all direo tions filled with snow and slush. Great crowds are on streets re-, gardless of weather conditions. > President Roosevelt and President elect Taft reached the capital at 10:4* a. m. in a closed carriage accompanied by secret service men and committee of arrangements. Inaugural ceremonies took place IB United States Supreme Court room of Senate chamber. Notwithstanding the fact that the weather man promised good weatheg fur the Taft Inaugural ceremonies, the worst storm of the year io said to be sweeping along the coast and hag crippled telegraph service from New York to Savannah, marring the inauguration ceremonies whlchj were to have been extremely spectacular.
