NoiicS is hereby given that the undersigned commissioner, appointed in an action for partition in the Jasper Circuit Court wherein Samuel Hartsell is plaintiff and Samuel H. Hartzell, Elizabeth C. Boone, Lavina V. Blaney, Paul Hartsell, Frenchi Hartsell,. Mary E. McGinnis, Columbus C. Elcessor, Edward T. Elcessor, Kate E. Kammerer. Ida B. Hastings, William L. Elcessor, Laird R. Elcessor, Eleanor 1. Elcessor, Gladys R. Elcessor, Hettie Graham, John C.
