A letter received by the state board of pardons, on Its convening In month ly session Wednesday at Indianapolis, outlines the attitude Governor Marshall will take toward the work of the board. The letter states that tbs governor expects the board to do the pardoning and that It Is not bis intention to interfere with the functions of the board except in extreme cases, where Immediate executive rusttna <ls demanded because of sickness or other contingency.
