New Cases.
Grace Boswinkle vs Matt and Margaret Boswlnkle, venued from Newton .county. Grace declares in the complaint that she is the owner of one white lawn dress, 1 white organdy dress, 1 blue calico dressing jacket, 2 white petticoats, 1 white embroidered belt, 3 pairs of stockings, 2 white embroidered turn-over collars, 1 blue beaded necklace, 1 black silk hat, and other articles of wearing apparel, also a gold watch, some china dishes, all of which articles she alleges to be worth the sum of S4O. She declares that the defendants, her parents, unlawfully refuse to permit her to take these articles, notwithstanding that she made formal demand on, the 28th day of July, 1908, and many times prior thereto. This case has had a hitch in Newton county and will be tried here at the coming term. William Cheadle, trustee of the Remington Bank, vs. the Remington Christian church. Complaint alleges that on the 19th day of May, 1904, the defendants by its trustees, W. E. Rich, Samuel Bowman and Robert Parker, borrowed $1,500 of Robert Parker, and that the same is long past due. They pray judgment with interest a 6% and attorney fees. William H. Cheadle, Trustee, vs Joseph Nisuis, suit on note. Judgment for S6OO is asked.
