Bank of Rensselaer, Incorporated, is plaintiff, and Milroy English and Anna M. Orme English, his wife; Gertrude Hewett and James J. Hewett, her husband; Frank Foltz amd Charles G. Spitler are defendants, requiring me to make the sum of two hundred fifty-nine dollars and twenty-two cents, ($259 22), with interest on said decree and cost, I will expose at public sale to the highest bidder, on SATURDAY THE 20th DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1909, between the hours of 10 o’clock a. m. and 4 o’clock' p. m. of said day, at the door of the Court House of said Jasper County, Indiana, the rents and profits for a term not exceeding seven years, Of the following described real estate, to-wit: The undivided one-half (%) of all that portion of the northwest quarter (%) of the southwest quaiter (14) of section fourteen (14), in, township twenty-nine (29) north, range five (5) west, in Jasper county, Indiana, lying south of the Continental Railroad grade, now used for public highway, and containing thirty-seven (37) acres more or less. This sale will be made subject to all senior mortgages and liens the. eon and the inchoate interest of the wife of the defendant, Milroy English. If such rents and profits will not sell for a sufficient sum to satisfy said decree, interest and costs, I will at the same time and place expose at public sale the fee simple of said real estate, or so much there*of as may be sufficient to discharge said decree, interst and costs. , L.
