Fair Oaks Agent Divorced.

A divorce was granted in the Cass circuit court at Logansport this week to Mrs. F. E. Husted, wife of the agent of the Monon and the Coal road at Fair Oaks. Chas. E. Halleck and Qeorge W. Marshall, of Fair Oaks, were called to Logansport to testify for the plaintiff, who alleged cruel treatment on the part of her hiiaband. Husted did not appear and the divorce decree was granted by default. They have one child, a son about 7 years old, who lives with his mother.
